  • Account Information: Name, Bar Council enrollment number (for verification), email, and phone number.
  • User Content: Legal briefs, case notes, contracts, and other documents you upload for drafting assistance.
  • Usage Data: Metadata on how you interact with our features to improve system performance.

How We Use Your Data (AI Transparency)

Judiro AI uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in drafting. We adhere to a strict "Zero Retention" policy for AI processing where possible.

verified_user Assurance: We explicitly do NOT use your uploaded client data to train our foundational models. Your data remains yours and is isolated from other tenants.

Data Retention & Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. We retain data only as long as your account is active.

  • Drafts: Retained until you manually delete them or close your account.
  • Account Deletion: Upon request, all data is permanently wiped from our primary databases within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days.
  • Temporary Processing: Data sent to LLMs for inference is not stored by the model provider (stateless processing).
